Major General Stephen Walcott is a retired officer in the United States Marine Corps on Earth. He is one of many experts interviewed for the television special "Alien Visitation".
The only segment viewed by John Crichton is of Walcott commenting on D'Argo's ship Lo'La, stating that technology aboard her had Earth's top scientists perplexed, a fact that worried him considerably.
