The Uncharted Territories was a section of the Milky Way Galaxy. While the Territories were part of the Galaxy, they were a significant distance from Earth. The trip would have taken a Peacekeeper fleet around 60 cycles to complete. The Peacekeepers had no jurisdiction in the Territories but were known to operate there regardless.
