Rock, paper, scissors was a simple game from Earth. The rules were simple in that both players had to present their hands in the shape of a rock, paper, or scissors at the same time. Rock beat scissors, scissors beat paper, and paper beat rock.
John Crichton tried to teach Ka D'Argo the game, but D'Argo had problems because he felt that rock should tear through the paper. He finished by telling Crichton that "coma was more entertaining." ("Mind the Baby")
