Bio[]
Rinlo was a Peacekeeper pilot under the command of Captain Braca and Commandant Grayza. He considered himself to be one of the best pilots in the service.
In Grayza's continuing search for John Crichton, Rinlo was involved in the development of a Leviathan-killing missile with fellow Peacekeeper and scientist Ponara. Unlike Ponara, Rinlo did not believe a Prowler could be equipped with such a large projectile weapon and felt that a Marauder would be better suited for the job. This led to some tension between the two.
Captain Braca, assured by Ponara that the missile was ready and eager to capture Crichton, volunteered to fly the Prowler himself and dismissed Rinlo. From then on, Rinlo could only eavesdrop on the mission from afar.

Trivia[]
- During the episode, it is hinted by scenes of Rinlo eavesdropping that he might be Scorpius' spy within the Peacekeepers. A later episode proves that this may not be the case, or that if he was indeed Scorpius' man, he was not the only one.
