[edit] Bio

Yal Henta was a Peacekeeper officer stationed aboard the Command Carrier under Captain Crais and later Scorpius. She was an old friend and colleague of Aeryn Sun during her life as a Peacekeeper. When Aeryn was forced to leave Peacekeeper service, Henta was shocked and betrayed, believing Aeryn to be a traitor.

These feelings came forward nearly three cycles later when Aeryn accompanied the crew of Moya to the Command Carrier with the false front that they would help the Peacekeeper scientists with their wormhole research. Henta rejected Aeryn, throwing a drink in her face upon their reunion. The women would later interact more civilly, allowing Aeryn to explain her reasons for deserting the Peacekeepers. Henta, disagreed with Aeryn's actions and the relationship between the two remained tense.

Later, when Crais starbursted Talyn within the Carrier, Henta realized that Aeryn's people had planned this all along. She confronted Aeryn during the evacuation, holding her at gunpoint. Before she could execute her old friend, however, she was engulfed in an explosion, burning her alive.
