General Harwell Zawicki is an officer with the United Nations Space Command on Earth. He is one of many experts interviewed for the television special "Alien Visitation".
He is only seen once in John Crichton's viewing of the program, where he comments that he will accept Noranti's statement that killing can be justified after she has killed someone herself, unaware that, given some of her past actions, it's likely she already has.
