Fimtot was a merchant on the planet Havenik. Well respected in his trade, he dealt in fructans and vinseed. It was for this reason that Ka D'Argo and his wife Lo'Laan went to him during their first harvest on Havenik. Fimtot refused to deal with D'Argo however, feeling that dealing with a Luxan would hurt his reputation. The treatment he received from Fimtot and the rest of the patrons at the market caused D'Argo to go into hyper-rage, a state that was calmed only by Lo'Laan
