Commander Spreddic is a Peacekeeper officer whose fleet engaged Scarran forces in the Alentro Quadrant during the Peacekeeper/Scarran War. The Scarrans won the battle, and Grand Chancellor Maryk ordered Spreddic's forces to regroup to defend the nearby Peacekeeper outposts.
